I've got a feeling thats the last we'll be hearing from stevewrx555!
Don't take that the wrong way though Steve, I wouldn't want you and your mates to track me down!
I hope SRR didn't charge JGM for the time that Stevewrx555 wasted.

The thing is you can not please everybody all of the time, It doesn't matter how good a service you offer there is always a rotten apple
. This goes for any service you do,not just with cars.
I had my car mapped my Simon and he done everything I asked, a safe map and a car that was smooth to drive on the road. The car made 333 bhp on SRR rollers then checked on the road by him self.
After a few months I felt the car was not quite right under heavy acceleration ,it was just holding back a little, I contacted Simon and he gave me loads of available dates that he could check it over for me. Once he had the car on the road and plugged his box of tricks in he knew straight away that the timing had advanced. He put this right and after a few fast and slow runs everything was back to normal.
Now I don't know a lot about mapping so I cant say if this fault would of happened if I had not originally had the map in the first place
but Simon was only to pleased to check the car and correct it for no exchange of money. He also reassured be if the fault does come back to give him a call straight away so he can sort it.So all in all I'm very pleased and happy

Ive been hearing quite a few people mentioning how JGM's maps are laime compared to other mapper's, i.e not making the boost as mapped for and you cant feel the power. maybe because it is mapped more for safety than fun? however i have not ever used JGM before but do look forward to in the future to compare the difference.
Did a totally standard P1 on a simtek last month.. owner wanted a 95ron map and a 99ron map.. if I remember correct is was 250bhp on 95ron and 305bhp on 99ron.. with standard cats etc..
As said you cannot please all the people all the time.

so I reset it so it did.. we then checked it and all was fine..
It is unusual.. normally if the ecu picks up an issue and pulled timing the reason it has done it remains or it was just fuel and it advances itself back.. strangely your car didn't.
But all fine since I presume?
Simon
what a ****** this steve guy is,he deserves a good pasting if anyone does.Simon is a genious at his job as is charlie at SRR and goes above and beyond what any other mapper would do i'm sure

Altho now and again I do still get a slight hesitation on boost but I can live with that.

Shocking post. I had problems in the past with a different mapper which brought me to JGM & in all honesty after the first map I was not only pleased to have my car running again but overly haps with the 320- 320 results. This led to me returning for a 2nd map last month which has me even more pleased begging the question as to whether or not for the new year i add a vf34-35 or an 18g as want a good responsive dd but with approx 370 top end. Many thanks Simon as you have answered alot of questions from me.
I recall a thread that i read not so long ago. i tried to find it but the search engine is not to friendly. basically the thread is in regards to a guy who got his scoob mapped with the S206 turbo by JGM and found that the car was not mapped to the way he required so he then chose to go with Alan jefferries who mapped his car to the exact way he wanted. The OP also mentions that it was the first for JGM in regards to mapping the S206 turbo.

Maybe something to do with the link on post #8 on this thread.... https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...oy-racing.html
Don't let the door hit you in the **** on your way out.
What the hell is your problem?

Ye last time. dont know if you remeber early this year at Surrey rr your exact words were "i put my car one engine tuner's roller's and it made good power. when you place your car on srr your car made less power & how Alan jefferries roller's are ****" those were your exact words. So dont even try and deny this.
i have only asked shared my experience & raised my concern's but it seem's as many have been offended.
P.S slowboy does have a bad reputation

Cool don't want an innocent party getting involved in this squable.I really felt confident with him and his advice and will be contacting him soon for my 50000 mile cambelt service.
from what i've read this sti singh started doing mapping himself and thinks its gonna help his business to slag anyone off. from all the good things i here about JGM, when my mods start to roll on he will be the man to map my car, never heard a bad word ever.
Looks like i've caused some **** here by starting this thread
. But at the end of the day I'm very happy and looking at it 99.9% of people are happy using JGM. And guess what i'll be using him again!
