aahh the mythical force 5

I remember in the late 80's early 90's we had Autumn's that would consist of constant South westerlies -- bring windy warm weather (11/12c) every weekend

regular trips to Gwithian, Daymer, Rhosneigr -- those were the days

But surely that is what we are being continually threatened with, ie the UK turning into a desert!

Why just Labour? They are all at it.

You would think the met office would have learned by now. They of all people must realise that the weather always does just what it feels like and cannot be predicted on a long range basis. They have proved that often enough!

Nope, really any change in the weather/climate could constitute climate change. Lol

Anyone else notice that it is only the UK that seems to get this massive variance in weather estimates and actuals.
Take Singapore for example, you never hear of them moaning that it was 28 degrees today instead of 29.
America always gets hurricanes during wait for it...'Hurricane season'
Yes us british always have to **** it up predicting things that just arnt going to happen. I think its a subconscious effort at making us sound better and more interesting when its got to be one of the most boring areas of the world. Self Importance is the keywords here
