I've e-mailed one to Stu, just under 9 seconds.
I can't get it to tell me if it times out, the data doesn't seem to be there, so the only ones I've seen are 9 seconds or so.
I sure hope this means something to those wonderful people at IB, and Stu

just takes an age to load, sometimes not at all, things aint that good which is a pity because the help and advice about the impreza is second to none on here there is no snobbyness or cyber bullying as i have witnessed on other car sites.
it is better than it was a couple of weeks ago (couldnt have got much worse to be honest) but still not running up to par

Hi Guys,
We made a few more tweaks early this morning, how is it feeling now?

Please remember, when you send the screenshot, we need the FULL SCREEN with all the data on as we need to see which components took the time to load. Just drag it up to full screen once page load is complete.

Still pretty much the same, especially posting a reply. Stu knows about it though, and he and those wonderful people at IB are on the job

Just discovered that I can't see the enlarged editions of the photos across the top. I was trying to view Tiny's WRC replica, but it doesn't load

Do me a favour Jeff, please delete all internet cache and, most importantly, turn off your router for 5 mins. Then try again and if you have similar problems grab me a fresh screenshot.

The problems have pretty much been eradicated for almost all of our 100+ sites now (literally millions of members) so we are surprised your having so much trouble still and wonder if some of it is local corruption caused by our own attack problems in the first instance.

I don't understand it Stu, as I mentioned I'm about 4 miles from Jeff, on the same ISP as him and even same speed connection. About 10 secs is the average today. One thing I have noticed though is it takes longer when replying than it does opening any pages if that helps. Writing this and clicking the 'submit reply' button takes a few seconds, but once replied, going back to the main forum menu for example is quicker

Done all that, this took three goes to load, the webpage took four, and I'll tell you how many this took when I send the screenshot.

I could be doing it wrong (wouldn't be surprised), but I think this is what he means.

Along the very top of your screen (when using FF), you should see 'tools'
Go into that and click 'options'
When in there, click 'content'
There will be a line saying 'enable java script' with a ticked box alongside it. Untick that box and save those settings.

I think this is correct, but if not, it is easy to change back (just go back in and re tick that box).
