In fairness, If you look, Tsuchiya is driving the new Scoob, he always wins! Also, if you look at the fastest lap time at the end, the IX is in second place and its only a GSR... But I love my Scoob...

I love the Evo 5 and 6, but i think the blob and hawk are nicer looking than all the new evo's.

Before i bought i was thinking about getting one, but heard of the higher maintenance costs, and possible running gear problems and that made up my mind for sure.
So went with an MY05 sti. Would love to have been able to get a JDM one but got offered great money on a trade for an EUDM one so went for it.

It was nice to see both the Imprezas in 1st and 2nd places, even better that the Evo 9 saw off both the Evo 10's.

Watching that video makes you realise how well the hatchback handles.

I went from a classic Impreza to an Evo 8 MR running 400/350. The Evo was gorgeous but to be honest I didnt think the Evo was as good as its made out to be.

I prefered the power delivery of the Impreza. I didnt think my Evo was particularly well built either. The car used to vibrate at high speed, the brakes had judder and squeeled like mad, even though I replaced them. The 6 speed box was a bit knotchy. The interior had creeks and groans. But what really put me off the car was reading all the horror stories about choclate transmission, diffs and AYC pumps failing which is around £3000 to fix.

Im back in an Impreza again - a 2006 Hawkeye STI. Its totally stock too and it feels so much better to drive and better built than my previous Evo.
