No offence but now that you've painted the arches black i'm now not so sure i like it. The arches look too small and don't follow the body contours or look high enough up the panel to allow some proper lowering. They look like they are stuck on. It reminds me of some of these chavved up golf/corsa/fiesta style body kits you'd see in the car park at a max power jamboree.

Your idea of adding the saloon rear door and modifying that qtr panel looks to blend in better with the body as a whole. What would that widebody kit you put on Duncan's TA car or something very similar look like on the wagon?

The low and wide look is very appealing.

It's a photoshop

I assumed the product being offered was exactly that, a bolt on wide arch kit. To me a widebody kit is something entirely different in both cost and effort.

Thanks for the heads up on the photoshop, i thought they'd just been sprayed matt black

In which case a bolt-on kit is definately not way i want to go. I really need to be thinking about something along the lines of bespoke bodywork otherwise it's unlikely i'll get the body mods or look i want.
