i run it all the time, have been down to the cost for a holaday and carried 10L with me and the car filled up and that has been fine to last all week.
but if you get caught out and run out of meth, you can still drive the car, but just take it easy. on a meth mapped car that has no meth in, it will run rich

I'm fitting a Solaris soon, so it makes sense to have a Methanol map. I've done a few searches and found that Jennychem is a popular source. My problem is I live in a flat and don't like the idea of a 25l drum sat about.
I found this supplier on ebay offering 5L containers for £5.45 + delivery, which works out more expensive, but a safer option for me. Is this stuff good enough, it's 99.5% pure?
Methanol (Methyl Alcohol) 5L For Biodiesel 99.5% Pure on eBay (end time 08-Dec-09 12:41:51 GMT)

Its is 60 litres on a newage.
Full tank:
20% Meth = 12 ltrs
80% V-Power = 48 ltrs
Just get a 2 ltr (makes measuring easier!) empty water bottle and fill away at your heart's content! Its what Charlie and I did at Surrey Rolling Road.....we didn't do too bad....694bhp / 610 lbs torque so it must have worked!!

Don't know much about this stuff, but i've thought about it as i'm running a Simtec.
Won't it rot the fuel lines over a long period
What sort of power gains can you get? (on average)
