no, standard SC46 Billet single scroll turbo.
Please be aware all results are on the more popular single scroll turbo's unless otherwise specified.

I can highly recommend the 2.5 forger with a sc46 billet. Drivability and spool are mental. Mine is running through a 6 speed box and is great fun.

What fuel was used for the above result? any meth?
With a 20% meth mix in with say 98, and on a 2.35, is it being over optimistic and stupid to ask could the sc46 make 500 of each??

Hi,
Andy's scoob, the one on the graph above was running some sort of race gas, he didnt know what it was, all we did know was it was some old stuff that was given to him as it was possibly past its best, still did well though.
From the feedback Pat got whilst mapping it was certainly the sort of figures we would see from a 20% meth with "V" power mix.
An SC46 Billet on a 2.35 would be very interesting and I am sure with a meth mix would definitely do the numbers.
cheers

"Ballistic" will do for me. Thats what I hope to get from my 2.5 forged sc46 twin-scroll..(after its run-in
) Cant see it reaching 500bhp but should still be nice nevertheless.

No one want to give me good odds I see
I would even try it on my type R for fun, that has done 509 on a 2.0 with an Engine Tuner S215. (20% meth)

Out of curiosity just how to you measure your fuel to get 16% exactly? 10-20% is pretty straight forward but 16%?

On a newage, dump 2 x 5l cans of meths in and brim the 60l tank and it gives about 16.6%

Simple.
Tank capacity in litres ("x") multiplied by 0.16 = meth amount ("y")
Then x minus y = fuel to add
* So a 60L tank will warrant 9.6L of meth + 50.4L of fuel (i.e. on a low tank just add 9.6L meth, then brim to the top with fuel).

Greg has your block been strengthened at all? Just curious as to why they say 450-470 limit for the ej257, yet you have 503. Not that 470 is bad just that magical 500 must be pleasing.

pulls like a train in every gear all the way to the red line and it drives like a standard impreza, you'd never think it had 500 on tap when needed, as for spool it seems to spool as good if not quicker than the vf43 imo.

are any of these a direct bolt on in place of a vf36? went to that recently on my legacy so would be nice to know one of these can fit for future expansion
