Hi,
This morning we are testing a new budget SC40 Billet TWIN SCROLL on this.
Later today its testing time for the new SC40 single scroll billet
The other day it was this beast.
520 BHP at 1.6 bar on V power running a billet GT30. same spec turbo that was on our winning time attack car at Knockhill last Sunday
Results coming thick and fast, will update asap.
cheers
Kev

Hi,
first thing tomorrow (Fri) for the SC40 Billet
Just finished the SC40 Billet "TWIN SCROLL", 401 BHP, graphs to follow
Not bad for a budget twin scroll priced at just £995.00 + vat.
Reason the twin scroll jumped the queue is that its bolted to the Time attack car shown above purely for setting up the suspension at Sneterton tomorrow.
When it comes back it will be fitted with a much bigger Twin scroll Billet.
Keep you posted.
cheers

Hi,
time for an update.
So far all the billets have worked well, a little design tweak here and there and they are ready for retail, all that is except the simple SC40 billet, its seems to keep sticking its fingers up at us.
First SC40 billet made 373.9 BHP, a different comp wheel and its made less.
We are now checking the car, its pipework and then the turbo to see whats going on.
cheers

Hi,
so far we have not had luck on our side, the 2.5 did not have sufficient supporting mods, it did have rods and pistons but no fuel reg, pump was not up to it and it was still on a top mount.
The 2.0 ltr built STI with a 46 Billet did not fair much better, the turbo was well up for it but the engine would not take any timing, the car did 416 bhp and was begging for a meth mix or some E 85.
However road testing on the 2.0 ltr car was stunning, dyno figures are not everything, the cars performance was amazing.
We are dyno running an SC46 billetized car on Thursday and we are hopefully doing an STI 8 with a 46 Billet Friday.
Results to follow.
cheers

I have just installed a SC46R billet on my 2.2 with forged internals, not mapped yet but holy smoke it goes like a bat out of hell on the road.
Will poste result/graphs when mapped hopefully next week.
Cheers
