I borrowed Kev's daily sh*tter last week to pick up a customer, the bloomin' thing is unhinged!
It tried to kill me at least half a dozen times within the first mile....
....and I loved every minute of it!

Martyn J "I'd say the new cast 7.5 cm housing will suit it very well".
As ever You are probably right ; )
Is this a new size available for the SC46 then ?
I thought it was only available with the 7cm, 8cm, and now 10cm hotside....

They have made an all new 7.5cm cast housing to replace the 7cm welded version.

The best Xmas present out! ^^^
Be careful though Noisy, as the little fellas are perky little buggers and spool about in their box!... Like a mogwai lol.

- that's what I'm hoping for mate
It was a hell of a Christmas present for the car, but I had man flu, internet and a credit card - it was never going to end cheaply

In two days, I'd bought a second hand set of GT headers and an SC42

Keep us posted with how you get on.
Hopefully the new turbo will seal the deal and bang me into the early 400's

...The first three are a very bad combination mate, but the last two are a great combination and are sure to impress you im certain.

Still...car made 382/340 on a nearly destroyed OEM clutch, a 20g and momentum so hopefully I'll see somewhere in the region of 420/370 with these mods

If it makes 380 ft/lbs or more I'll be very happy.
Hehe, cheers mate. Managed to source a 3 bolt Harvey up pipe to go with the headers too which will hopefully maximise the gains, but as JGM and Charlie @ SRR will tell you, when it comes to mods I'm the unluckiest man alive - I buy the right bits, but something else nearly always goes wrong

Come on Giles bolt it on, we're all dying to see what you get from it. I know you only just got it though.
A vf35 to 20g to sc42 changing headers, up-pipes, intercoolers along the way. What a great way to test various performance parts along the way.

- will do guys cheers Getting married this year, so it may take me a few months to save enough to get the parts fitted and mapped. All going to depend on how much the parents choose to "assist" us in paying for it

Thinking of having the headers wrapped, so need to factor that in too, and need to get new cylinder to manifold gaskets and 3 bolt gaskets; got the rest.
Once it's all in place I'll let you know what Simon manages to get out of her. I'm only on ECUTek but Si tells me he's managed to extract more than 420 out of one of these on VPower on ECUTek so I remain hopeful

To the posters asking about the Harvey up pipes - his wife Dawn was selling off the last of the remaining stock and was kind enough to help me out; I'm unaware how much she has left, sorry. I felt bad enough contacting her in the first place!
After a very looong time it is finally finished.
Tuned and ready.

That's about 429ft/lbs, which seems very impressive for a 2.0! Must be the E85!
