Heres some pics ( I asked them to remove my engine from one shell and refit it in another.
this shows a mullered turbo stud , notice the nuts missing ......( I wonder how.... more to the point these things happen....BUT why was it left like that
This pics of the gearbox dowls ( these ensure the clutch and gearbox are lined up and run true so as not to place undue stress on the input shaft bearing in the g/box and the clutch driven plate.
Now up to yesterday I thought .... ok.... mistakes happen..... I,l give em a chance to refund the £105 it cost me at a Subaru specialist ( well known and respected and local) BUT I was told in a voice message to p*ss off in not so many words.
Now... is it understandable that I,m off to the office of fair trading Monday? Not forgetting anywhere else I may decide to complain to?

my husband works away and never new they done bodywork till they phoned and offered and please grow up im not kelly posing as someone else,and if u have had grievences with them that has nothing to do with me so please save your grieveances for another thread instead of using mine.yes i used em before and i no from that experience they done me no wrong.so aint no one aloud to have x at the begining of there user name.

amasing how quick u can change a bumper these days and mop out a couple of light scratches and nice pics mike should change your name to david bailey.
