Lets have an example of where a random stranger has played a joke on you that involves being covered in gritty water off the road when you are on the way out in the morning ?
Well, it wasn't a stranger, and the water was clean, but once at work when we used to have a laugh someone did really soak me. Walked in the warehouse to have a large bucket of water tipped on me from above. Obviously wasn't expecting that and had to just dry out as had nothing to change into and I have to say I saw the funny side of it.

As for the kids getting wet. I'm sorry to say I did laugh, but had the sound off on the clip and hadn't realised at first that they did it deliberately. It wasn't a nice thing to do, and I think I'd be pretty annoyed if it happened to me, but it's like many scenarios where you laugh even though you know you shouldn't.
