1. It's an email so I'll just get accused of making something up.
2. If I give any hint as to which council was involved some c*nt off here will probably send them a message to say they might want to rethink.

Congrats by the way on getting back your supposed 30 mins worth of wages back

in devon you get the option to put about five quid in the meter there and then and produce ticket it then cancels out the fine . hope this wasnt the case for you and you missed it cos the clause is in very small print at the bottom of the charges sign . i got one where i live was 9 minutes late , as i was standind next to the car cursing a bloke walks past and says put the overdue amount in the meter plus the extra mate it cancels the fine , so i walked over read the meter and he was right RESULT
