im confused,he said orry he couldnt pass it, he has had trouble there before and didnt want to lose a customer,in what way ?

he has lost a customer as you wont go there again

they could have passed it with the advisory and advised you change it before the next test?

no point worrying now though, you have found a nice garage and the car has passed so job done!
