A couple of years ago my sister was pressured into fronting for finance on a car at the time she was ill and on anti depresents (beta blockers I think) and her boyfriend at the time pushed her into financing a car for his sister. Basically they got her to sign the finance aggreement telling her that it was an insurance form so she could drive the car they then picked up the car and she split up with him. They paid for the car into her bank account for a few months then the payments stopped and now she is liable for the car thing is she hasn't even got the car to sell it and pay off the finance and we believe that the car my have now been sold on to someone else by her ex-boyfriends family I know she was daft to let it get this far but any ideas how to find out where the car is? and how to deal with this? it is a white astra gte 8 valve reg F970 OLT and it was in the slough area. Any help would be really appreciated
