Anyone in mansfield tonight and hazzard a guess to why my car makes so many different dodgey noises?!

It makes a scraping noise when moving in gear/neautral and dies down when i press the brake, it honestly does not sound healthy.

I havnt got time, or the money to take it to the garage until thursday but its scaring me!

The noise sounds LIKE sumthing scraping underneath my arches, although it cant be, it jus dounds like that! No idea SIGH!

But if anyone lives in mansfield n knows about subarus + dodgey noises, then let me know lol

Does the gearbox make a grinding noise when your changing gear even though the clutch is pressed in?

Is that what your trying to describe?

Nope, the gearbox is fine, even when im in neautral, and the clutch isnt pressed, coasting basically, u can hear something scraping, like on a rotational basis, eg. for every wheel turn it scrapes once
