I wouldnt even include the fp in that sentence you are insulting the others.
Gt30 needs defining, do you mean a gt3071r or gt3076r which are rotated fit or some hybrid? Which therefore needs defining?

i thought the Fp Red would of been a contender. after all it is supposed to be a 500bhp turbo, but then again no one i know has one therfore maybe thats saying something. i think a GT3071 is more on the same level i think, what about scooby clinics SC500 that helped some one get a 10second run iirc

my car will be down engine tuner this week to have some more work done i should have it back within 2/3 weeks with a new turbo and as always will keep you all posted with graph figuers and full feed back on the S206.

AJ, does that price include the S206's bespoke downpipe i.e. so all ready to bolt straight in, with no other hardware required?
Two alternatives. The turbo comes with a fitting kit of oil/water lines, compressor outlet pipe and the downpipe flange fittings. It uses a 3" coupling with sprung bolts. The coupling can be welded to your original downpipe, or we can supply a made up stainless downpipe to fit for £180 plus vat. These are manufactured for us by Hayward and Scott, and are supplied in two types, classic and new age. They use a 3" outlet flange, to fit aftermarket systems. We will shortly be testing sports cat versions.

mus, what is your current turbo then? Are you going from a T to a S206 per chance?

So are you saying that you get the elbow adaptor included in the £995 +VAT

Or alternatively pay extra for the bespoke d/p at £180 +VAT (on top of the 995 +VAT)?

Oh, is the S206's comp. nozzle not parallel to the bulkhead as per OEM, then?

Cripes. It's mirrored... and then rotated down further by about 22.5deg!

That's because it's been designed for the early Mitsubishi Evos that rotated the opposite way to most turbos.

Get the pipework wrong, and you'll go backwards

Hoot!

It's nothing a few bits of pipe, silicones and strategic sawing can't put right... Probably.

Would require both pipes on my APS FMIC, downpipe and a lot of hassle for zero benefit. I'll stick to an MD321 that bolts straight on and is proven to perform.

I can't argue with that one but if you was starting from scratch then that's a different story

I think its a neater solution than the standard arrangement & it reduces the amount of FMIC pipework by over a foot

Alan/Martyn,
Has the S206 been wholloped on a decent 2.5ltr yet... if so what have been the results? Would be interested to see how it weighs up on the man's engine spec?

Plus, doing away with that nasty immediate shallow 180deg bend on itself, that most anti-clockwise FMIC kits have (Hyperflow kits being one exception).

The beauty of the 2.5 (with a splash of meth helping it along nicely).

We've seen well over 500ft lb on a 2.5. That one's having a new gearbox before we go any further!
