Two DM players at home. I find that strange. Liverpool really miss Alonso's first time around the corner passes into the front men. With no real wide men Liverpool rely so much on the front 2. If you stifle that supply as Villa did you can have success. Nice one Rafa!

2 dm midfielders at home. You are generous STI, as i would class Lucas as a useless f=cking tw@t.
how on earth he is a professional footballer i do not know. Large amounts of these wonder kids never mature as they only look good against children.
when they play against experienced footballers they show their true inability.
I bet he starts on saturday against bolton.
We could use SG in the Alonso role it would mean putting YB behind FT or using Ryan Babel in that role, yes he is crap too but he's always played on the wing by RB and he isn't happy there as even the most poorly sighted fan can see. this excludes the manager.
there is no doubt SG has to play alongside JM. there is zero craft in central midfield.
I will stick my neck out here, If LFC get a few more poor results i think RB will resign, he will use the lack of funds as an excuse.
I know some of you think i'm nuts anyway but i say what i see and feel.

we're capable of putting a massive run together. regardless of what certain muppets on here think, we have more width than the current title holders.
Think chelski look solid this year, man.ure midfield is ageing and poor, once again unconvincing win.
SG goal totally awesome today.

Dont live to be on here, great muppet comment on lack of width when we had Riera and Johnson on each flank.
Could not be on here for a year but the lack of football knowledge for some would not improve.

Width= Nani, Obertan, Park, Valencia, Tosic and could include Giggs although he hardly plays there.
Ageing= Carrick, Anderson, Gibson, Nani, Valencia, Obertan, Park, Fletcher, Tosic, Hargreaves
Also who are your wide Players and if your going to include Johnson we'll include Rafael, Fabio, Evra amongst those too
And your totally correct your knowledge would not improve if you had been away for a year

What i seen of the Bolton game, Johnson, Kuyt and Riera crossed a fair amount of ***** during the game.
There was a good variety about Liverpools play.
We lack quality in our depth, this our main shortfall and has been for a while.
Additionally our manager is very single minded and makes the odd bad choice occasionally.

Quality in the squad
Nani is crap,
I rate the south american twins most of the rest are sh1te too.
Carrick is, to coin a scottish term P1sh. Fletcher is a good player, he's athletic and has good energy. he is similar to Steve G in athleticism but has less technical ability.
Babel is never in his preffered position as for dossena he is a waste of time.
Benayoun gives the ball away too much and scores the odd good goal he is a lightweight too, i'll give him a crap also.

This is the majority of Liverpool fans biggest problem in that you honestly believe what you say and more importantly Rafa does too. I'm quite happy you believe our players would struggle to make it into a pub 11, where as barring two of your players yours would struggle to make it into our 11. So as long as that is the case i'm happy with our Championship winning pub team

Liverpool have secured a new shirt sponsorship deal that equals the most lucrative in football history after signing a four-year agreement with Standard Chartered, the London-based international bank, worth £80 million over four years.
With their present deal with Carlsberg due to expire in mid-2010, Liverpool’s commercial department, headed by Ian Ayre, has been looking for a money-spinning agreement in keeping with the club’s status as one of the most recognisable brands in world sport. Until July, an exclusivity accord with Carlsberg prevented them from entering into talks with any other interested parties but once that had expired, Liverpool moved swiftly to tie up a new deal.
Carlsberg has enjoyed a 17-year relationship with Liverpool, one of the longest-running associations in world sport, but was unwilling to match the £20 million a season offer made by Standard Chartered, which equals the deal struck by Manchester United with Aon Corp, the American financial giant, in June.

They'll have another 20 mil a year to pay off their creditors.
Our club needs owners who have the clubs best interests at the forefront of their agenda, not personal wealth.
Please release us let us go, cos we don't like you at all!!!!
