I have found in the past that going to the top man often does get results. All the minions start running around like headless chickens to get a problem sorted.

Simon/Mike - as someone who was one of the directors of a large FS organisation I am confident that a CEO letter will get special attention even if the CEO himself does not read it.

I am also confident that I have a customer profile that Lloyds would rather keep than give - so I may get something out of it. HSBC are certainly offering sweeteners to get me on board.

Also if you read my others posts I am also taking direct action as I know some if the operational directors in Lloyds that are responsible for IF.

The letter thing is really more for entertainment - although the factual one is a bit dull!

Just wondering, you spoke to the head of IT? Which one of 12 divisional heads was it? They've all only been in the job following the 'wave 2' selection process for a few months.

I doubt they'll care about you right now as they're in the process of supervising their underlings hiring of their own minions (Wave 4).

(First post under a new but similar name as the webteam won't change the mail address on my old account, hey ho)

You are clearly someone who works in LBG, or is one of the partners.

For correctness the Wave 4 appointments are already announced, and the Wave 5 selection is currently underway.

I am not going to get into names or job titles as it would commercially inappropriate for me to do so. However the stakeholders involved do have a significant interest in following up on my behalf and action has already been taken.

Correct and Correct (Mistype).

Sadly my wave hasn't come yet, and I'm not talking about surfing ...
