Thing I may be missing is - even if it was a GSi or whatever, its a ****, badly modded, knackered old astra ??? Fair enough if he was trying to pass it off as a Veyron, but to get an extra 50p by sticking on GSi badges and arguing that its a car that apparently doesnt exist - whats the point ?

The other more worrying thing - how the hell did he pass the written part of the driving test ??? I really think they should put in a basic spelling test as part of it just to weed out the really thick people straight away - after all, if they cant read and write properly, how are they going to manage with road signs ?
