The fact that you are happy with your watch and you dont hide the fact that its fake is commendable, not met many people like you though.
To be honest mate I'm not bother what other people think about it, i have a real Tag F1 and when funds allow i'd like a speedmaster moonwatch.
I'll get the camera out tomorrow along with a tin/jar of something to show you

Yoza,

I took the fake Rolex Daytona that I bought for peanuts to the watchmaker to regulate it. He did a good job and it is pretty accurate, it is a self winder as you will know of course.

If I keep it on all the time it remains accurate, but if I take it off at night, even though it does not run down, it loses about 5 seconds. Is that normal with an automatic watch?

Is that a website, warning people not to be "scammed" by buying an Asian made replica of a Swiss replica ?

I don't know much about watches, but the blue one in that link looks quite nice, whatever it is supposed to be

Sounds more like a genuine Rolex than a fake, they're rubbish at keeping time !

Chopper be careful those photos IMHO are of a genuine Panerai, and not what you will get in the post.

If you want a Replica go here $89 Replica Watches, Fake Rolex Watch, Rolex Replicas and buy highend swiss only.

Les a genuine Rolex movement will not be affected by a 12 hour dormant period.

The main spring when fully charged will keep the escapement running at a constant rate easily for 12 hours. Then when put on again it will re-charge to full and so it goes on.
My autos run from between 36 to 48 hrs.
Panerai do an 8 day escapement which is rare.

Thanks Yoza. It is a fake of course so I imagine that the mainspring loses a bit of poke overnight and loses that 5 seconds or so. It keeps running of course.

The Dogs etc.

It is very well made as far as the case and strap etc. is concerned. It has a Japanese movement. (Rolex Daytona) Looks as new.

It cost me £30 at a local market, but that would be a bit far for you to come I suppose, if there was another one anyway!

I've got a fake Submariner that was in lovely condition and very convincing until I got mangled one night and scratched the glass in my drunken stupor. However, if I'm ever asked about it the fact it's fake is one of the first things to leave my lips. I have no idea how anyone could pretend to be something they are not? No way would I pretend to be rich enough to justify a Submariner when I actually couldn't. I only have it because I like the design rather than the name per say.

How accurate do you want a mechanical watch to be?
Mine's an 18 year old one in dire need of a service ....

I believe only a certain amount of Rolex watches from each build go to be COSC tested, not every piece produced is tested to the COSC standard.

My preffered AD told me that 1 in 5 Rolex watches are returned to their point of sale because they need re-calibration, running too fast or too slow.

I should have asked about other brands but I didnt.

Over a million official chronometer certificates are delivered each year.

Representing ONLY 3% of the Swiss watch production, a proportion that underscores the exceptional nature of a chronometer.

To earn chronometer certification, a movement must not only be made from the highest quality components, but also be the object of special care on part of the finest watchmakers and timers during assembly.

Here's a couple of pics(sorry for the poor quality iPhone camera) with a tin of beans and sausages for authenticity and I've put a pic of my Tag F1 criteria 1997.
