My pc upgrades and some advice on memory

Added 10k to my 3d06 score

not delved into the whole OC part much yet, all i did was bump up the fsb a little and run the q6700 cpu at 3.1ghz (stock voltage!) the rest of the bios is all on auto at the moment, and i feel i could do a good few tweaks to sweeten things up, the 275gtx card is running stock, iirc the CPU/DDR ratio is 4:5 as well so the memory timings and such need looked at

This just gets worse and worse
I have discovered the reason for my system melt down, the 650watt psu i was using had blown a capacitor, this is why i found half a cap inside my case (dropped down from the psu)
I finally discovered the problem today, while finishing off the system and removing the stopgap 355watt psu i was using, and refitting the 650watt one so i could finish off my overclocking.
Yup, i have blown another feckin motherboard

My new P5QL Pro mobo will not POST
Switching it on, it all fires up, fans start to spin, and then the stopgap psu shuts everything down and retrys to run in a constant loop
I have just ordered ANOTHER
P5QL PRO motherboard to rebuild the machine, along with a new PSU from overclockers

At least i got to the bottom of the problem i suppose
damage so far
PSU cap blown = 2 x mobos dead, one keyboard, one x360 wired controller
