However, that said, throughout life it would be impossible to get along with everyone. Everybody is different and sometimes people just clash.

In response to Dazza's initial post, (and I can see exactly what he was saying) I would like to say as 'newbies' wherever we have gone with the ESC, be it The Poser's Cruise, Brands Hatch or The Lodge we have received nothing but a warm welcome.
Everyone, without exception, that we have met has been freindly and willing to chat. We hope in time some of these people will become true friends.
There is a very diverse group of people that make up the ESC - how many of them would we have come across in our everyday life? Not many I bet!
Being part of the ESC has made the enjoyment of our Scooby so much more fun, doing things we enjoy with like minded people.
As for the 'bickering' we have a daughter who's just hitting puberty, so really it makes us feel at home!
Seriously though - in life you will never, ever get on with everybody, you will often see things differently to the next person and disagreements will occur - but isn't this what makes us all so indinvidual? Wouldn't it be a boring place if we were all the same!
As for the arguements / getting things off their chest posts, it all really goes over our heads and we try not to get involved in other peoples disagreements.
We would much rather make our own minds up about people when we meet them in person.
So all I have to add really is PEACE & LOVE, PEACE & LOVE !

The real attraction of the ESC for me was the ability to drop in and out of meets, not feeling oblidged to be everywhere all of the time.

Just my 2p's worth, but if you dont like someone on a forum, either go elseware or turn your pc off!
You dont have to be where they are, you have a car and can go miles in ANY direction, so whats the problem?
I have met you at the cruise a few times, and you do seem to be a friendly sort of guy, so i realy do not see why you needed to put this post up in the first place.
Some may not get along with you, as like me and mad oil
but i have never let that stop me comming to meets and i did turn up at the lodge that night even when i was threatened on here before hand.

not sure who it was, but to be honest i couldnt give a damn.
You sure was quiet that night though, i remember you saying a fre things in here that day, and then when you eventually turned up at the lodge, you didnt even say hi.
Oh you did make one sarky comment as i was leaving though......
