The S206 now available with a Billet compressor wheel BTW, requires no uppipe changes fitting the stock or aftermarket headers just fine.
It comes with it's own 3 inch elbow and a flange that can be welded to your existing system. Alternatively we offer a Hayward and Scott made downpipe for £180 + carriage and vat.
The only other changes can be seen in Ian's pics, Ian has made a very nice 3 inch intake system and the intercooler pipework will need changing on the drivers side.
None of these tasks will scare those with a bit of engineering skill !

Just had around 3.5 hours slog at wrapping the manifold. not to bad i think, its the first time i have wrapped one in about 4 or so years.
some pics are with the flash, so they look a little different.
first 2 pipes
the last 2
all most finished, as need to lock wire it all now. but the wrap is on so the hard part is out of the way!

next on the list of things to do, was to use the DEI turbo insulation kit.
I have the dei kit, and some dei heat tape.
I first used some magma exhaust wrap on the turbo elbow where it joins onto the down pipe, and the tan mat is from the dei turbo kit. I use some stainless locking wire to help hold it in place.
next was to stich the outer section of the kit with stainless cable ties. i also used a little heat tape on the edges to help them from coming undone.
the finished shot
all in all, i think it has worked well, and it covers more of the hot bits than a off the shelf turbo blanket would on this turbo.

Done a good job there mate. I use DEI products too and their Titanium turbo blanket has been doing a superb job on my turbo for almost a year now.
