It says in the Torque GT post

"Sourced for a UK customer using our Personal Import service..."

so not for sale as I don't think Hedgecutter would be happy

All they say is "We expect interest in this model (Hatch SpecC)to increase over the coming months"

Picked up yesterday, what can I say ? It`s outrageous both in colour and performance, and I need to lose a stone to fit those seats. YFB, YFB!

But I need to ask a real favour of anyone who has a jdm hatch; could you possibly pop out your dipped beam bulb and tell me its type; there should be a code on the base. It would be much appreciated.
I also have a set of red mud flaps going, so make me an offer if you want.
Cheers and thanks.

Dipped beam for SpecC is listed as 84920AG020 which is a standard H7 12v 55W bulb

Thanks Don. That`s what is in there, but they don`t fit, or throw a usable light pattern. Was the hid setup different ? I`m off to do some claying and polishing now.

Halogen Setup as per SpecC

The HID setup on JDM models, appears the same as the UK,

HID bulb is 84920FE020 and is type D2S

It has a totally different connector and base

Default Battery drain

So after leaving my '10 STi for 17 days at the airport car park the battery was virtually dead, it kind of turned over once but nowhere near enough juice to start. Since then it's been fine but I only ever leave it for max 3 days without driving it.

This morning I decided to investigate and found the car was drawing 100-130 mA continuously from the battery. Is that normal? At that current I figured the battery would go completely flat in 20-25 days. I went through every fuse by the driver's knee, but none of them reduced the current to below 100 mA.

Any ideas what else might be taking this current?

No dashcam or anything. I have a small numeric keypad on the inside of the fuse box cover, does that indicate an aftermarket immobiliser or is that standard?

It's OK thanks, i have the little booklet for it. Nothing obvious in there though why it would be using so much power.

The tracker maybe ? Remember the newages had bother with them draining the battery. Try the search function , you might find some info relating to it.

Had the same on my MY11, I use a solar charger now when I leave it for anything over 10 days. I think you'll find it's the alarm and MetaSAT tracker doing the draining.

Yep, spend the whole of yesterday evening googling it and reading numerous threads all over the web, came to the conclusion it's the tracker and a solar charger is the way to go. Although I guess it depends how sunny it is when you're away, a multi-storey car-park at an airport might not be so good ;-) I did think about just taking along a spare (fully charged) battery in the boot next time, that way I can jump myself off that...

Yes mate. I use this one on my jdm hatch. Use dash command app with it.
