Have seen people use home made wooden ramps with less of an incline, like the below.

Hi ABX,
Thanks for that.

Had thought of trying that, gonna ask a joiner at work if we have any "scrap" scaffold boards and if he can knock me someing like that up.

Found "sports car" ramps, with very gentle slope, but way expensive!!!

Battery clamp
If you give the battery clamp a clean I am interested Paul!

Quote: Gents,

I have now traded in my car for an M3 and have the following parts for sale. Prices included delivery apart from the exhaust which I would prefer to be a collection.

Anthracite prodrive battery clamp, good condition needs a clean - £15

Very nice mate

Looks to me like a WRX but could be a debadged diesel?

Would recommend upgrading that front grille, Zunsport do some nice ones. Could also try putting some mudflaps on to try and widen the stance of the car too I personally feel they look a bit narrow without the flared arches.

Pretty easy - do it from in the wheel arch, pull the liner away - undo clips first - and stick arm behind liner. Reach headlamp, pull out side light bulb and holder, swap bulbs ( if using LEDs they are erm .. handed? directinal ? check em working before refit arch etc. ! ). Refit bulb holder, refit arch and clips.

Only care is don't drop bulb into lamp unit!

Search on this thread for neoquip, led bulbs ( I think ) as Phil does the bulbs and I am sure there was an install post off someone .

easy if you have small hands

put your wheel on full lock so you can undo the three holing clips to the inside wheel arch lining, bend back... don't worry about flexing it. put you hand in and feel for the rear of the light cluster... fumble about and you've doen it
