Phil,
graphics look vaguely like the ones on the test hatch I tried from Hylton Gott at Crimplesham Norfolk.

Maybe they'll say where they got them - if anyone is interested !

Lord H and P1doc, just a heads up

If your going to fit Rally Armors, the rears don't fit as per their instructions. We have different wheel arch liners which get in the way (I've just found out )

However I think I have a solution which involved a straigicly placed clip holding said arch liner in place so no drilling or clamp , but it will have to wait for tomorrow as its just started raining here.

Going to debadge the rear of mine for the time being I've decided. The wording is unlevel (Subaru 1 side and Impreza and the boxer diesel badge the other) to looks right hand heavy.

Also need to come up with the graphic that says GT180 to go above the boxer sign (cant move it easily as its studded into the tailgate).

Anybody up for a CF tailgate?? Not what I went looking for, looks like my door pillars could be dealer only.

Default 08 graphics

The graphics were not a kit as the vinyl has to be heated and stretched to fit the shape of the bumper, and cut on the car. I agree the wheel arches are different to the WRC. Good luck to anyone else who tries to fit them because it ain't easy!

I'm on call and got bored!!

Before

after

You can see why I debadged it.. The Subaru and Impreza letters aren't level and got really annoying. It wont be staying debadged for long.... I ended up shopping last night!!! Hopefully both will be here next weekend so can be fittied after I've washed the car.

Also going to ring the dealers on monday about the carbon door trims. I'm gettimg fed up of these matt black pillars and greasy fingerpints all over them.

Default Warning this post contains stupidity!!!!

Well bored again and looking through the styling section in here I found this scrummy photo

So having the idea I had some carbon effect vinyl, so I set to work dismantling the back end......... Subaru seem to have places nuts in the most inaccesable places going... grrrrrrrr.

Anyway, back end dismantled, I too the offending chrome inside to wrap. Once wrapped I came to the conclusion, it didnt look right as its foil based. Bugger, oh well its a trial complete I decided to put it back on the car to see what it looked like...............................

Unlocked the car and went to open the boot, fing bolux, barstweard...... I'm holding the boot release..... ****

There in followed 30 mins of me trying to pop the boot manually, only we have no manual override, **** ...... It ended up with me with 1 hand trying to reasemble the wiring loom to get the release to work.

Still mission completed, and car reasembled it looked like poo, but with the right wrap, will look good and 100% better than the chrome

I will now spend tonight trying to find a decent vinyl so I can do it properly this weekend. But that badge is not coming out, looks like it is bonded and riveted in.

Edit

Just got some CF sheet, as per this post on DW, as the sheet is 750 x 1000 mm, I'm now wondering what else I can wrap on the car!!! Some of thise silver bits on the dash have to be shortlist contender.

Ha that was my excuse for getting a new one, no modding!
Anyway, what was the mod for the back end to stop twitching? Think it was a bush kit?

Cheers

Hope this helps, after a year of changes have settled on this set-up...for the time being

Rear End:

Whiteline Rear Subframe Positive Traction Kit
Whiteline 22mm Heavy Duty Adjustable Rear ARB (set on middle setting)
Whiteline Rear ARB Mount Support Braces

Notes: With a decent Geo these mods on their own will stop the back end wallowing around and the electric aids interfering as much, but I found it worked even better when the front was sorted out as well.

Front End:

Whiteline WALK - Anti Lift Kit (N.B. These can fail so go for the Powerflex kit instead)
Whiteline Steering Rack Support Kit
Whiteline 4 Point Alloy Under-Car Brace
Whiteline 24mm Heavy Duty Adjustable Front ARB (set on hardest setting)
Litchfield Power Steering Pump Upgrade
Forge/Litchfield Strut Tower Brace

Notes: I was worried that too big a front ARB would cause too much understeer, but I followed the advice of Whiteline and it has got the car handling the way I like it. Now has a similar balance to my previous modified Bugeye (i.e. neutral balance with slight understeer to start with to inspire confidence when making fast progress down B Roads, followed by controllable oversteer for having fun round roundabouts). I will play with the settings (there are 3) for both the ARBs when I get it on a track to see if it improves things further. I know you know this already mate, but remember the way a car is set-up is a very personal thing, one driver may be super fast with one set-up and another may hate it, so there is a bit of trial and error. Tyres can also make a huge difference...The directional tread pattern on the Goodyear F1 GDS3 does not seem to work that well on the new hatch, going over to Asymmetrics next

Overall: AST Adjustable Coilovers

Notes: Discussed these elsewhere on here, very very good, but do not completely transform the way the car handles, would start with the Rear End mods and a decent Geo first, that made the biggest difference for the money.

looking good 286, cant wait to hear it.
didnt manage to get to view the 330s yesterday but still doing a little negotiating today.
is there alot more let room for the rear passengers in comparison to the rb320?
and also does smart entry allow you to get in the car, hit the start button and drive without getting the keys out of you pocket?

not sure about keyless entry, but the hatch has tonnes more room in the rear then the hawkeye, about 4" extra due to the back seats moving back further.

The key fob never has to leave your pocket.

yeah, to connect the ipod to the factory non nav unit, gives all the ipod control to the head unit and steering wheel controls.
