just make sure you can close your bonnet properly on your car after fitting it, due to the angle of the intercooler mounting flange it make stick up quite some way, there is a trick if it does catch the bonnet you can get a fitting kit from a classic which will remote mount it somewere else, I'm sure I've seen it done before.
Any help dont hesitate to ask we are all here to assist. btw get some pics up mate

Havn't put any pictures of mine on until now.
Graphics where put on for japfest, dunno whether to keep em.
Not much spent on styling, but plenty on performance

Doesnt matter whether its an sti or a wrx mate, Nice choice of motor. The hks doesnt cause any issues with electrics on these cars, theres lots of conflicting advise on here about running dump valves, granted they do run smoother on a recirc setup up but for me I love the noise from the hks followed by the sound of gunshots outta my exhaust.

What steering rack have you fitted and how have you solved the VDC issue?
I have a Group N rack on my car and after several months of research I still haven't found a VDC solution.
Cheers, Neil

Q-rack is the name of the company who made the rack...the same rack are using some rally teams in US as far as i know.
I havent found solution for VDC. I dont think there is any, but that doesnt bothering me at all. I was driving it with VDC completly off from the 1st day i got the car anyway

They look smarter now i've swapped round the touchpads (which i had got mixed up) to sort out the colours & fitted the JDM AV panel which hadn't turned up 'til the afternoon.
Brakes next & visit to Litchfield for a few bits
Shame the R205 was up on the ramp, would've liked a proper look, it'll keep 'til NBO though.
Are u often at the Hockney place? If so might pop in for a natter.

Am in Manchester and pop over to Bradford now and then, but only when I have to go to RH. There a great bunch of lads with a lot of expertise and it's hard to find a reliable garage these days so I don't mind the 60 mile round trip.

I didn't think Alcons were that good.... compared to Brembo's?

I remember in the day someone I know buying a P1, getting the dealer to upgrade the 4pots and they fitted Alcons (I got his 4pots ) then after not too long he said how poor they were and then swapped them .. IIRC to AP's, he said he'd wish he'd not wasted the money on the Alcons and gone straight to the AP or Brembo's.

The 6 pot 366mm front kit and 4 pot 343mm rear work well and are as good or better than the AP 6 pots I had on the classic.
If you get the chance, its well worth going on a guided trip around the Alcon factory - awesome.
