An F-CON is the best alternative of replacing the whole ECU.I never said is better but is as good as...I'm not gonna argue whether you will get 0.111 bhp more.An F-CON will give you good enough fuel and ignition timing. I'm not having my own race team to race at the WRC so is good enough..(same result anyway).

I don't understand any of this, but what is the point of putting turbo boost through the gearbox, surely there are better performance gains to be had by feeding it into the engine?
