Hi, recently de-spoilered mine, got a roof vortex generator going on in next couple of weeks. Must say i love the look and think it suits the classics
I have to admit i did have a hairy moment last week at Oulton park, when car was under immense heavy hard braking coming down from hairpin, it twitched/slight step to left, did not do it again but not done it before
Off to Donno today so will see what happens.
Scott.

I welded the holes in mine up, then the body shop filled over the top, the metal is so thin that you have to be very careful not to generate too much heat when welding, or else the panel will be distorted forever......
I'm now selling my car if anyone fancies it.......

Right, after thinking long and hard about it (I spoke about doing this 2-3 years ago), and other people now doing it ...... This is what I have finally done :-
Nice clean rear boot lid now
Done this properly, bought a 'new' bootlid, 'no holes' and had the lock lock welded ....... For that super smooooooth look
