Its all pretty straight forward mate. But a good selection of quality tools is a must.
I took it out for a test drive this morning. Steering feel and feedback feels much better. The front end feels tighter and mush more precise. Also feels much more stable over undulations and more solid under power.
So far, very pleased, just the rear end to do now

I've fitted it this morning as a final test piece. Just some panel gaps to clean and that's it. The pics don't really show how it looks but it changes the dash appearance completely. Now looks more like a cockpit haha.
There will be at least one **** in there I hear you say.

After fitting all the front end bits I went to get her geometry redone.*
I always go back to Damien @ Skidmarques in Hutton, Brentwood. Known him for a long time and he always does a proper job.*
Now got over 6 degrees of caster, toed out the rear a little too making the car rotate a little quicker. The handling feels even more agile and accurate. Very pleased.*

That's a lot of camber - I thought I'd dialed a lot in. Surely you'd want the toe readings the other way around - slight in at the front and neutral at the rear

No Jon. The fronts are parallel due to the polybushes not requiring any loading. Also I like to have toe out on the rear as this loosens the rear end on turn in.

toe out on the rear helps to straighten the rear wheels when they are under load and compression, at least thats what the guys at powerstation told me!

Correct Iain. Also promotes the rear to steer around following the front end. Slightly unsettles the rear on turn in.

Hey guys,
Finally got the dash done, although this is a whole lot neater than having 3 in a hood and 3 up the a pillar im still quite tempted to ditch the lot in place of a single Toucan display.
Nothing will be as instant on the eye for reading data than indevidual meters but a single screen would be a whole lot neater.
I think im going to see how i get on like this and if need be take it all out and start again haha.
Any thoughts?
Sorry for the cak iphone pics, my computer wont dalk to Photobucket right now lol

leave as it is,it looks topnotch bruv
.im looking something like this, but i will have to find another place to fit my hazard light switch as im keeping my double din for the mrs,tv you understand
Love the interior Frayz. Although the toucan screen may make things neater, it will do away with the ceremony of all those gauges lighting up when you turn the key. Starting your car must be like sitting in the cockpit of a eurofighter!!! Keep the gauges!!

The principals are exactly the same. Just wish I could get the Bomber on my Hudy board.
ha love it, the set up gauges would be useful too! You've seen my pictures on fb recently, going racing this weekend, it's been a while so my thumbs are a bit rusty but i'm looking forward to it !
