She even made it out to the ESOC meet, then on to Lavenheath in Suffolk for a little blat on Saturday. I actually drove home in the dark. Was a novelty turning the lights on.

Have to say this is by far one of my favourite cars on here (and thats saying something when i'm not a fan of the bug eye normally), I can't think of anything I'd change on that as a road car.

Ladies & Gents,

The Bombers wheels are up for sale (Rims only, no tyres.)

I have a set of 4x

Speedline Turini
18"x8"
5x100 pcd
Et48

These are a beautiful genuine group n wheel and due to the Flowformed design, are very light and sought after.
They will fit classics and newages up to 2004, easily clear Brembo and AP calipers.

All wheels I purchased brand new and have only ever been on my car. They are completely undamaged with no kurbing, bends or faults.
They have NEVER been refurbished or painted in any way and are in the beautiful gold Speedline factory finish. They have been regularly cleaned and sealed and never washed with any acid based products.
They have been used and are not new but probably the cleanest set of second hand Turinis you'll find.

Included in the sale is a 5th rim that I unfortunately damaged a few years ago. I simply purchased a replacement rather than get the lot refurbished. It has slight damage but is not bent or buckled, holds air and is in otherwise perfect condition apart from the scrape.

Here you can see the damage on the 5th rim shown at the bottom.

These are not the usual abused rubbish you see floating about and retail at around £250 each new.

£695 takes the set of 5, wheels located in Essex. Will not split, buyer collects.

Kind regards

Frayz

Well after 9 years my cars worn gold wheels of some sort.

It's was time for a change so I took quite a big punt on these. Always anxious of the murdered out black on black look. But I must say, so far I quite like it.
So far I think it makes the car look pretty brutal even when stationary. Also swapped to small stone guards rather than full mudflaps for a less rally look.

I need to get these Goodyears off and my own tyres on, and tempted to change the colour.

What do we think?

RAYS Volk Racing CE28N 18x8, ET44 ltd edition diamond black.

Sorry for the quick phone pics, I'll get out and take some good ones soon as I can.

I'm not sure on the wheels to be honest. They may grown on me, but due to the wheel & spoke design they look a little small.

Change to Bronze maybe? I love black wheels on black cars, had a few lovely examples in my time.

Are there centre caps to cover up the bullet holes/multi fit holes in the middle? Would have to see it with them on

No centre caps and they're not multi fitment. It's part of the wheel styling.

I know that the CE28N's don't come with centre caps as standard but Volks do actually make a range of centre caps to fit these wheels, I had a set on my Blobeye Spec C and I bought a set of these.

Mine wheels were BMW Sepang Bronze in colour, the caps above may not suit the black wheel colour but there are plenty of other options available.

For those that wanted better pics. Here are some new snaps. So close now its getting frustrating. lol.

This is a work of art I remember your thread on passionford .What did you do with your breather pipes going to the turbo intake pipe on your old engine set up do they live some where else now.

All breathers run to a return to sump oil separator. Sure it's here in my thread of you search.
