Mikey - mark me down.
Just got to decide which mini-meet to take getting there (I'm High Wycombe M40) - currently looking to go with the Worcester guys.
Am I the first Sport on the list? think theres some Sportsters looking to go, but not got their names on the list yet.
Ought to mention the site in case any sports pick this up:
http://groups.yahoo.com/groups/SubaruSportsters
Right first time? Will be if this message isn't edited...

Thought it best to post a new link, seeing as I got the link itself wrong, not the embedding of it...

but you may need to follow this one first:

Good idea Mr A
How the hell do you suppose i collect a fiver off of everyone, not really in the mood to spend all day going round to people asking for £5.
Unless the mini meet organisers collect from thier respective groups and then hand it to me in a brown envelope when they arrive That's how we'll do it then.
Need more Scoobs, sports, legacys, sod it any foresters out there?
There must be some of those bizarre subaru coupes out there aswell. If it's got 5 stars on it......BRING IT
Mikey
Anyone object to RSPCA getting the dosh?
77(+ ) x £5 = £385 (ish ) if you guys trust me with it, i'll do it.

This is fabulous, thanks for all putting your names down so far in advance, it really helps with the planning. Also cheers to the "mini meet" organisers for taking the hassle away from me
I WILL post a venue by close of play today, i've got a little bit of negotiation to complete with a landlord (cheap grub ) and that's it
Let's see if we can have the first SCOOBYNET 100+ er.
Salsa-King, any chance of designing and sourcing a sticker to mark the occasion. Maybe something descrete like those black rat jobs a scooby siloette maybe (How hard is that to spell )
Seeya later dudes/ettes
Mikey

At last I hear you cry
Here's the venue where the meet will be based (i hope it works!) Can someone turn it into a link for me cos i can't be ar5ed
There is one car park at the front of the venue, next to the river (Good Photo opportunity ) and to the rear of the building is a MASSIVE car park which will comfortably hold the majority of vehicles.
If that one fills up aswell, there is another pub about 30 meters away that also has a large car park. This will do for overspill i.e Richard Askews Elise
The Landlady is all cool about it and is looking forward to us turning up (I bet she is..ker-ching ) She did emphasise though that she would like people to eat which is fair enough.
I would also like to suggest that the meet time be brought forward slightly (Only half an hour so stop whining ) to 12:30 so that we can secure the lions share of the car park.
It is quite a popular venue so by 13:00hrs the car park starts to fill up at an alarming rate.
Charlie Whiskey has generously offered to sort out a route starting and ending at Gunthorpe the details will be availiable upon request on the day. Thanks Charlie
I would suggest that groups of 4-5 cars go out at various intervals during the day as this makes for a more enjoyable drive rather than a 20 car snake getting split up at every jct or roundabout. If you want to go, simply tag on to the next group
Remember, just like the charity donation, the drive is voluntary, if you don't wanna go, then you don't have to, there will still be plenty of us still at the pub.
The pub is called the Unicorn by the way
(Link Edited out cos Simon has done a cleaner job)
If you are new to Multimap, on the left hand side of the map, you will see the zoom in and out icons, zoom out and you will be able to get an overview of where we are and plan you routes acordingly.
Have fun!
