That's fair enough mate as I won't be using your company ever again !

Whatever was said between you and the group buy organiser isn't the issue here. It's your attitude towards customers who had genuine reason to question the price we had been charged.

All you had to do was say something along the lines of "I'm sorry you're not happy with your purchase but I stated in an email to the group buy organiser what the price would be. If you have any issues I suggest you should take them up with the GB organiser and I would be happy to provide proof of quotes that I provided"

Something like that would have made a world of difference

Apart from billing me for 2 fire extinguishers and only supplying one, then lying about the reason why because both stories can be right, and then lying about whether you bill me or not because again both stories can't be right.

Everyone can have an off day, but you attitude is what has really got my back up.

Aside from idle chit-chat when will I receive proof of my refund.

Hi Guys - Kinda new around here.

Not suprised about the attitude of PLR - I had very similar dealings a few years ago with strut braces. He refused to give me a credit even though they didnt fit. The girl who worked there ( mint blond with fantastic headlights!) said he was too busy to come out and see me. She later said he was a pig to work for. I never had a refund & when I called up a few months later to get a roll cage they said she had left and knew nothing about my credit.

Good luck with your refund!!

Thanks mate, I got my refund after bringing trading standards on board, and that is the issue now closed as far as I am concerned. He won't get another penny of my business though

The way Peter Lloyd Rallying have handled this is terrible, their attitude towards their customers is some of the worst i've come across for a while.

The group buy price was supposed to be £30 all in and we've all been charged £33.01 ! One guy paid for two items but only received one and now they are refusing to send out the second item eventhough he has paid for it.

Take a read through the group buy yourselves and see how bad this company has handled this.
hi i have worked in a few motorsport / rally school places over the years who used peter loyd and now i run my own company and among us we have used peter loyd for many things over the years and never had any probs with them and always found them very helpfull and offer good service and advice, i bet i could show proof of poss 50 or 60 dealings with them with no probs . lot of other people and companys use them say the same . it is hard to do rite all the time with suppliers couriers etc and by his reply he has explained what happend ,, IM NOT TAKING ANY 1 SIDE just saying my dealing with peter loyd . jon
