Hang on a minute - APi is based in what were potato storage sheds. Many, many companies take advantage of the cheaper rents, by using farm buildings that have been converted.

We now pay £36000 per year rent for 12500 sq ft. We were paying £92,000 in year 2000 for 13,500 sq ft.

Imagine what £92,000 per year does for costs and labour charges. It works out at best part of £2000.00 per week just to unlock the doors and walk in on a Monday. Then there is electric, gas, heating oil all of which have gone up hugely in the last couple of years.

The quality of the workmanship or service does not equate to the quality of the buildings it is done in.

David APi

Is that why you chip cars instead of remapping them then

I do see both sides of the story here (after working in retail for a canny few years i've seen it all)

Yes there should be someone manning the station's at all time during open hours (even at lunch time)

we are in a recession FFS, the last thing a company needs is to be slagged off openly in a public forum because someone had to wait an extra 10 mins, take it the OP doesnt do the NEXT sales then lol

The problem is there are far too many posts on Scoobyclinics poor service.......which in the long run will have an effect on business especially when being on Scoobynet....the most popular Subaru specific site.

Apart from KTC and Flatfour etc, scoobyclinics name crops up the most.......which is not good business.

But they sorted me out fine when i needed them to split a cage ....which they didn,t have to do....so no complaints from me.

Maybe its time to take on board these frequent comments and sort out a more customer friendly service.......

Or possibly ive been sucked in to the scoobynet banter and its the customers who are always in the wrong.... !!!

Personally I wouldn't have paid much attention to this thread but for the repsonse from Scoobyclinic

you state "Waited around for 35/40 mins" funny that when we only stop for 20mins at dinner anyway! and after checking our cctv you did not bother to wait at all! when came out the other customers said what was his problem!

The nitty gritty of this is you are rushing around in your dinner hour and did not have time!

Not our problem!

Maybe all Ads said is true but it would put me right off from using them. I'd expect a respectable outfit to humour the OP and apologise for not meeting his expectations. Doesn't bode well for anyone who has any need to go back for any niggles or problems "Not our problem!"

Far better than Alton Towers!
Ive been going there for about 2 1/2 years now and have spent alot of time with the lads, i would just turn up a spend the whole day there cos it was such a laugh ive also just turned up needing work on car and they always fit me in at short notice if possible, sometimes it busy as hell there and other days it will be chilled, the guys work very hard in all weathers rain wind snow, more rain, floods they have even crossed rivers and there is no heating & they still manage to have a laugh and work on customers cars, so just for that they get my vote.

And yes it is better than Alton Towers

If you go on %, clinic get alot more customers through there doors than alot of other specialists and they wont please everyone, but they do good work and know there stuff which will be shown this year in Time Attack & other events over the year

Why not judge for yourself ? .....

Time on the CCTV system is set to British Summer Time but regardless of the fact that the time is an hour ahead, the elapsed time is 3 minutes 56 seconds.

Why humour a blatant LIAR whose soul purpose is to discredit the clinic like a lot of other posters on here, time and time again Kev or Adam has to come on here to answer someone trying to discredit them for one thing or another,
Nice one for showing his true colours Pat

Asked if its possible to get served as I need to be else where soon and I had been waiting over 3.0 mins, All I got was wait another 1.0 mins or so Im still on lunch, wtf I want to buy goods and **** off home,
I know we all want a break but they have about 10 lads there why cant they structure the company to get 1 of them to cover for them etc
Doesnt take any working out, You dont walk in Tescos/Asda/ even Hafrauds and find ALL thge staff on lunch so they cant help you.

Time and time again Scoobyclinic dont take customer service in to account, people travel to them but I for one wont ever again and will never recommend them to anyone,
I was after about 1200 quids worth of bit but they can go fu ck themselves from here on in.
Seems some decimal points were forgotten in the OP, so I've helped out

That looks like a score of: 'Clinic 5 - OP nil A good solid home win. Nice one Pat.

Now you need to get the mods to pull this, as it is clearly wrong.

Unless you want to post up the name of the OP so we can all look out for him and his antics if he shows up anywhere else??

Obviously he cannot lie straight in bed.

Thats probably him turning the car round

Are you sayign he can walk to the reception hut .......then guess where your sat having your din dins...in a barn?

In the space of 4-5 mins...?

The thing is with you lot, you cannot admit when your wrong or have given bad service, leaving the reception unmanned when lots of people are there is a proper schoolboy error.....and then the CCTV, sorry but I cannot believe he found where you were within 4 mins.....

Ill wait til Kev loses his rag, threatens legal proceedings and gets the thread locked though.......

c'mon....b0llox

Touched a nerve there haven't we,

The camera never lies!!!

Customer arrives on site 14:13.08 secs

Customer Walks into workshop 14:15.33 secs

Customer walks out of workshop 14:16.17 secs

Customer leaves site 14:17.04 secs

would you like us to post the entire video up with all 6 different camera angles including the less than a minute workshop walk in then walk out? not a problem for us.

We are the first to admit if we have made a mistake and yes we do make the odd mistake it's how we sort it that counts, but blatant lies needs to be stamped on.

why so much hate Jimmy?

Yes as i said its a pity scoobynewbie72 has gone to ground and not had the decency to defend/respond to what appears to be overwhelming evidence against him.

Or better still if he accepts responsibility then make a full and frank apology for his actions to scoobyclinic.

Then again he would appear to have shown his backside big style and his credibility at this stage is destroyed.

It could be semi restored though.

Perhaps he has been too busy trawling for these life saving parts he requires as a matter of urgency to come on site.

Its certainly an epic and good to see a keyboard warrior torpedoed.

Well done scoobyclinic. Too many ham shankers around who cant complain and deal with people face to face.

Those CCTV pics are priceless - certainly proves a point

I've been using Scoobyclinic for 7 years or more now and, frankly, wouldn't go anywhere else

Personally, I don't see the point in slating everyone else off I don't use - we all hear stories but, without all the facts, they're just that, STORIES!!

so if you say he forgot to put the . in his times which can happen then his times are spot on in which case the cctv proves exactly what he said and the bad customer service still stands.

He's been caught bang to rights for telling porkies, hence his absence now from posting on this thread.
