Dads 60th....gift ideas
Depending on where you are, how much you want to spend and what your dad likes (and assuming he has someone to go with)............a voucher for a meal at a Michelin starred restaurant is something he wouldn't forget. If you're London way, The Fat Duck or one of Gordon Ramay's restaurants would be memorable (albeit expensive), but there are 1 and 2 starred restaurants around the country.
Thanks all.
It looks like a bit of everything. I am limited to any sort of activities due to him being riddled with arthritis and can only just walk now.....decided to throw himself of a roof when I was a baby.
I was thinking about a bottle of wine with 1949 vintage but this would be about 400 quid so thought about a nice box of three for about hundred quid then get him the DAB he wanted plus I might take him and my mum to a restaurant in Harrogate called the Tanin Level which is very nice.
Job done and thanks for you help
