It's standard apart from the exhaust at the moment engine wise. I've got a walbros 255 fuel pump, up-pipe, larger TMIC and an induction kit to fit, but I'm sorting the chassis first. Off to Afghanistan for the summer, so my bonus will pay for a remap, will hopefully have a sports cat and some pink injectors by then and I'm aiming for a s close to 300 as possible then see how long the clutch and turbo last before the next upgrade .
Seen some nice brakes too , but they're £1100 (Compbrake 6-pots with 350mm rotors).
PS. Got the garage to do my plugs when they did the cambelt as I was feeling lazy. iirc you do need to remove the airbox and the washer bottle for access

Sounds like a plan, with a td04 youll see just under 300 mate
I wouldnt bother with sports cat.they cost a fortune, get a decat instead mate and take it to a friendly mot station........lads on here can help you out with that!
to go to the next level
fuel pump yes
up pipe/sports cat yes
pink injectors yes
spark plugs as well mate ngk 7b (£40)
sti scoop you say........get the sti undertray/scoop as well mate to make use of the i/c area
td05 16g (£200/250)
Will see you for 330 mate
A lot of the parts you can get off people on here.thats what i have done

Just fitted some NGK plugs and I'd probably go down the AFP TD04 hybrid turbo to retain the spool-up. There's a VF35 out there at the moment for about £300.
As far as decat friendly MOT testers, there's a few of us around here and we haven't found one yet. One of the guys thought he had and then they announced they don't do MOTs. Also the job means I move every 2 years so it's easier to keep a CAT rather than try and find a new MOT tester every 2-years. Japspeed do one for £250 and I've seen them for around £200 with guarantees of MOT pass.
