Anyone want to go halves on dampers for a classic?
I have a cold air box fitted which means I cant even use the OEM strut at present,
let alone fit two dampers.
Thanks.

Fitted my ones today 10min to fit.Could not use the washers supplied as the bonnet bolts are to short and had to remove the rubber bonnet supports on the wings as this is where the lower mount fitted is this correct for a classic.

So, it's official: i am looking for someone to go halves with!
Hey Ed, do you think one damper will hold my aluminium GC8 hood in very cold conditions? It's like -23c here now.

Hi,
For alloy bonnets we recommend using ONE damper.
For steel bonnets we recommend using TWO dampers.
The dampers are filled with Nitrogen, which is a very stable gas and is not effected that much by temperature, so you will have no problems
Thanks.

Hi,
OK, no problem.
You can pay by calling us on +44 08450 212 312 and placing your order over the phone or..
..You can Paypal us on 'info@japspeed.co.uk' but please make sure you include you name, username, full address and what the payment it for.
Cost of a pair of bonnet dampers is £49.99, so its going to be £25 to each individual.
If you need it shipping to Russia, we can send it via courier and it will cost an extra £22 on top. Postage is inclusive in the price for UK mainland.
Once both payments are received, they will be shipped out.
Thanks.
