Woo HOOO!!!! 
Just completed - killed the General with the machine gun. Tried the torque bow and had now joy!!
Really enjoyed that.
Now, the problem that I can't have GOW2 until Xmas now - orders from the wife & family!!

Well i've tried again this morning, did the under the spider thing and got it back on the platform quick but couldn't shoot the hinges and the spider didn't destroy them before wretches got me again. I just can not kill the wretches they appear straight on top of me and I can't see the ******* things to shoot them and they kill me immediately 
Getting seriously hacked off with it to the point of wondering whether I should have even bought GOW2

Yeah the assault rifle but didn't do any active reloads again. Also can you actually shoot those hinges or does the spider have to break them? Think I will have to find a shotgun for the wretches as not getting anywhere with the assault rifle. I am the crappiest games player on here by the looks of it lol

I was using this as a guide and it says the Corpser smashes the hinges so that is what I had been waiting for!

I tried shooting them with the assault rifle for ages but didn't even get one to break. Then the wretches got me.... again

the wretches turn up at the 2nd retreat of the corpser for me and i'm shooting it just as quick, yet this bloke gets the corpser all the way back with no wretches 
Need the shotgun then for the clamps which I don't have!

bob you should be instinctively doing active reloads every time you get low on ammo as they give you a damage boost when they get fired.
that bloke on the video is getting an active when he reloads just after shooting the face.
don't pull the left trigger to aim at the wretches, just shoot from the hip while strafing side to side, or just chainsaw the *******
to be honest i cant even remember exactly what you do with the clamps, i thought you could use the lancer rifle with them to be honest?

Getting seriously hacked off with it to the point of wondering whether I should have even bought GOW2 equip shotgun and when the wretchs attack just use the mellee button and bash them, only takes one shot and a lot quicker than shooting them
in gow 1 biggest headache i had was where all the boomers and drones just attack you and you have to get too the transport...... that took a few attepts and also ramm was tricky but once you worked it out it was easy. GOW2 was far too easy in my book and skorge was far too easy too beat
