Well now I'm back in a decent job again the project can continue so what better way to start than with a purchase of something I've wanted for a long time.
I must add, great service from Bren at K Sport.
I ordered them @ 2pm yesterday and they turned up at 11:30 this morning.
The kit is very comprehensive and contains everything I need to fit them apart from the tools and the fluid.

Simple, the K Sports will do the same Job for half the money.
They are more than proven in competition so they should be ideal for what I want from them.

A move in the right direction.
After 10 months in storage 30 miles away from where I live the car has finally made the journey to my new house.

Bren advertised a deal for them on here. He had two sets so I purchased one of them. Cracking price of £711.00
I've gone for 8kgf on the fronts and 6kgf on the rear.
The quality of them is utterly superb cant wait to see what they are like

This is soooooo true.
The car has been stored 30 miles away where my GF works. I only had access to the car mon - friday 9-5 which of course is when I'm at work.
Anyway no excuses now, time for some real progress.

Keep going mate! I am sure with the new setup, your scooby will be even more terrifying!

I wasn't aware that your car was off the road, let alone with engine failure, having seen the mag feature, shows how much attention i pay to the scooby scene.
Nice to see your back on the case, and hopefully coming back stronger.
I'm sure you will be back in fine style, and the rest will have given you time to gather your thoughts.
Thanks again for the help, and it's nice to see you did not throw the towell in, all of us northerners would have started thinking you were a southener
