Right now it's all shiney we all want to see it go fast, hope your going to have another crack at the pod this year mate.
You bet Hammer. I have been up there 3 times (on my own ) without the worry of a "Hammers Production" awaiting me
I need a lot more power to compete with you Clive and I will get a lot more power on the next RCM visit. I should be dropping the P1 off this weekend but I am towing the Mitsubishi up for the MLR500.
Will book the P1 in for the following weekend and have a GOOD chat with M & O.
When I am happy with it I can assure you that you will be seeing a lot more of me and we can have the crack
Just bare with me for a while until I catch you up and DONT get any more power
be interested in seeing that proven...removing ABS from F1 cars slowed them down iirc
But that would be because they would have had the confidence to stamp on the brakes at the latest possible moment knowing they'd produce the same consistent braking distances time and time again - knowing full well that they won't lock up the brakes. Very much a trust/confidence thing.
Try doing that in a non-ABS car, lap after punishing lap.

Clive just dropped his turbo in for inspection, which he purchased as a bit of a gamble, and it's not what we thought it was, so we might need to go back to the drawing board with a view to making sure the engine is up to it.

Are we confusing Clive's here Paul ? I thought you were referring to myself on yesterdays threads
There's no point in trying to cover it up now clive! I think the custom inlet manifold, and larger up-pipe, along with 8 injectors might be the way to go.
That was the idea Peter Next years plans are no where near formulated as of yet. I want to prove what this spec can do now it's all running as it should be before I put too much thought in to next steps .
