Your time of 11.1 using LC proves that your launches were good before having LC Clive! or didn't they feel like good runs?

What were your RPM set at using LC mate?

Got 4 settings 4900,5100,5300,5500. I absolutely love it ! So easy to use and launch the car. Think my main issue was spool problem so turbo was not hitting boost peak quick enough between gear changes. However I just fixed that, turns out one of the nuts on the external wastegate had worked loose ! Just took it out for a run and now I get 1 bar 300rpm early and full boost follows 500-600 rpm after.

Will get it down the pod soon for another go at those 10's

The P1 is going to SPR Coach works next Sat for the Splitter to be sprayed.
Bought some bonnet dampers, they are being sprayed Sonic Blue and the bonnet will be done (2 stone chips)

Guys, you need to be aware of the important changes at Santapod. This was released on their website today.

"Due to complaints from local residents, it has agreed with the local authority that there will be no noise after 5.00pm on any day. Therefore, allowing for the quarter run and return the last run will be at 4.59pm except Skullfudge who needs to start his run no later than 4.39pm."

A bit harsh but rules are there for a reason.

Not sure Joz

If it's there to be had, it would be rude to ignore it

Wrighty RCM have done all the work. I don't have the knowledge for small mods let alone a job like this.

Working hard is my input, to pay for it all,

and the constant numerous hours it takes to keep it looking like this

Skullfudge, fair play i have no doubt a lot of people work hard, i work hard too i can do 120 hours in 10 days, or 84 in 7 days no doubt your older then 22 and earn more money a year then me, just curious as to why you pay someone else to do the work on your car. are you not interested in learning it or just want the re-assurance of warranted work?

Yes mate I am very interested in learning and have learned a lot, but guys like Matt Clark of RCM seem to be on another planet when it come to building & setting up a car exactly as you want it.
Way above me

I have owned many quick cars but the P1 is the first big powered all wheel drive Jap I have owned so it's all been a big learning curve for me regarding parts and learning the power & handling aspects.

Getting there though.

Good luck

Data log from my first and only run at TOTB, low boost, toyo 888's at 32psi, wet, and a complete lack of seat time meant i pulled the handbrake lever at 60mph instead of selecting the gearstick!

It took 2.4 seconds to get back to the speed i was doing before i pulled the handbrake. I guess a very low 10 could have been done at low boost!

Oh well, another day!

Sy, cheers for making my day a fun one You need to read your dash more often Awesome car
