Yep, I reckon TP. Nice and local, normally good wind there and a few slopes to practice on the board without the kite.

 

Had the replacement 3.5m Blurr turn up today , Loving the HULK colour , Cannot wait to fly it

May fly tomm PM , But the wind looks pants , But it does look a little better for sunday afternoon , If anyone wants to join me @ Mayland school field

I couldnt come to Norwich without the kites though, might take a trip to Yarmouth to see what their beach is like and do some recce runs for future kite trips

YEEEHAAAAA!

Just got back from a bit of flying session!

Travelled the length of a football field on the board!

Felt like I was doing 500mph......however was probably more like about 10mph!

It was awesome! Still buzzing.....want to go out again!

Didn't fall off once....although I know it will come!

Almost went over once, belting along, tried to jump off and got my foot trapped in the bindings! Managed to jump clear though and kept the kite in the air and my feet on the ground!

well done Fozzie, that thing scares me...think i could do myself a lot of damage on one of those!!!!

 

I was pleasantly surprised at how stable it is actually.

Maybe all those days of buzzing about on my skateboard all those years ago were worthwhile after all!

 

I might pop over for an hour or so but I still haven't sorted the insurance yet ( I know, I know! ) so no flying possible for me over there and I really want to get some flying in if I can.

I went to the local field just down the road from me tonight. Nice and big (approx. 7 footie pitches + a bit more)...and free parking! Not sure how busy it is over there on a Saturday/Sunday though.

Getting lonely on my own all the time though!
