If you were going to get the camo done I would really suggest having it on a car that is already white - having a full wrap done to change the base colour of the car will be expensive, and is a pain to clean the car if you decide to remove it in the future.
On your silver car you could get away with the camo design done in black and metallic charcoal, and it could be done in cut vinyl so wouldnt need the hassle of a full wrap ( similar to what they have done to the Audi in your first pic ). Would be loads cheaper, less work fitting it and easier to remove when you come to sell the car.
I've done a few full car wraps in the past, and they are such a pain to do and only really worth it for companies who are using it for advertising for short term things as the cost ends up so high for the materials and fitting. With an Impreza that has so many contours you would be looking around £1200 - £1500 fitted, plus artwork costs.

To be fair i quite like the idea i think. love the digital camo rx7 aswell.
I'd try it out, if it doesn't work you may get some 'i told you so's' but if it works, then it really will look good.

There are plenty of places that could do it ( most sign shops would be able to as long as they have been trained in doing full vehicle wraps ) but £1500+ is a lot of money to find out you dont like it !
Full wraps arent the sort of thing you can DIY at home, you need someone who knows what they are doing, and the labour time to fit adds a lot to the price.
