Not raced yet. We built a 460 bhp car for a "classic" customer who subsequently went on to fit a 6 speed, but he didn't break his old box despite trying very hard! typical really, if he was relying on it, you could bet your a--e it wouldn't have lasted five minutes.

already in the pipeline. injectors should be here soon and turbo will be later in the year. thinking 321t or t+
Nah the torque wouldn't be anywhere near that high on a 20g. More like 350-360lbsft.

Will be good to see your car out when it's complete Jag
What turbo will you be running?
Also Coulty take a look at the graph of the T38 that Martyn posted on page 2, that's with straight 97 ron, so with meth and V Power would be awesome!

It would certainly make a bigger turbo more useable.
In a previous life, I spent a lot of time converting Escort RS turbos to ZVH (Zetec bottom end and CVH head) and the capacity jump from 1.6 to 1.8 was like chalk and cheese.

all sounds good-just waiting now lol
will mine be first one in a murtaya??
any cheap ways of raising the revlimit as previously discussed-later 1996 wrx ra's have higher rev limit due to mapping or internal changes??

The rev limit is more determined by the heads than the management! hydraulic lifters will hold you back a bit, but I doubt you'll find it lacking anyway.
