Never had a problem myself when i have been stuck for the odd part , that said I always give as much info as possible and have collected and had stuff delivered. On the return have had calls passed by them and bought large and small from them.
Same old thing cant please all the people all the time, volume of stuff they turn over large, risk factor with used parts massive, they like me gamble huge sums on breakers which you want to have good working parts on and sell on. Items tested where possble why watse every ones time?

Agree though manners and ability to talk goes long way, had issues myself in the past the trick is to talk not shout if a problem does occur.

If I am without a required part (rarer these days!!) Grade a ..ok ,,imho

i used them this week, i bought a coil pack and leads for an sti aswell as the crank sensor, total from the stealers £300 ish plus vat i got them for £80 + vat so fair price for me, and it cured the problem of my miss fire, to add i got lost a few times and rang them, they were helpful for me, but that was because i was going there to spend money lol

i have used them and they are a pain, i was told the part i wanted by the garage and then told them, now im not really mechanical but i wanted a water pipe that runs under the turbo and told them my year, when the part arrived it wasnt for my car so was no good to man nor beast, i got my car back 2 weeks later as finding this part was a nightmare and subaru themselves had none in the country, when i phoned about a refund i got a total f*** off pill from them.

had problems with glenburgie as well i bought a coil pack from them but this wasnt to be the problem i sent it packed with a letter with my address on and phone number to sort out a refund and guess what never heard from them so they totally robbed me might as well mugged me in the street

In summary; they blow hot and cold. Ive seen good kit for very (very) keen prices and a smile, but Ive seen silly prices quoted by rude/ignorant people too. It depends who you speak to and on what day: not the best way to run a business, is it?

Ordered a power steering cooling loop spip from them on Monday, turned up tuesday. £45 versus £190 brand new.

Couldn't be happier to be honest.
