There was a thread, the vote was a big no and I was banned for 3 months for posting in it. democracy in action! I think it wa called Is sn infracting itself into oblivion.

Well thing is, this is not a democracy (although some people bizarrely think they should have a say) . Webby and the site owners can run it any way they please, they pay the bills, it's thier money paying for the bandwidth. Without wishing to appear rude you don't like it , go somewhere else.
It's like being in a pub, or private members club - The owners set the rules and if you don't like it, then don't go there.
I think the infraction system is a ridiculous idea , open to massive abuses, but, I don't think i have a "right" to influence what should be there instead.
