no dont think there is much in it maybe two mill or so, as kev says these are the proper wheel that is on the prodrive options list so if prodrive recomend them they cant be two far away but the recomended tyre size for the p1 with this wheel option is the 215/35/18 these will have no probs with arching etc, but can be done with 225/40/18 at the buyers own risk. (For the same price)
