try over the mountain TT track in the IOM. Once you are outside the towns into national spped limit areas there are no speed limits. having oncoming traffic coming at you one way with a large drop off the mountain on the otherside is very refreshing. the back end of your car stepping out at 130+ mid corner, is shall we say, an interesting experience, one i am sure 99% of drivers will never experience in thier driving carreers. knowing what to do in that position is probably why most high spped crashes occur. your brain says brake, slow down, when you should be planting the throttle and driving through the corner. like i said before you nearly need to "unlearn" what you know about fast driving. anyone can drive fast. but being fast and competent are not mutually exclusive.
