When you say 10, do you mean 3 + the leader , if you hold back and just follow them eventually they head for the park and jump off the bikes, take them out then.

 

Has anyone been online much, whenever i go on i seem to be waiting forever for people to ready up, it really grinds my gears, i just end up logging out, i'm not waiting 10 minutes a time waiting for people to press ready, anyone else finding this ?

I get the same. I never seem to be able to join a game, I only ever get the option to host one, and then I'm sat waiting for 10mins + for people to join....

you can get a ferrari type car quite early on when you do the mikihal faustin missions

his car is parked behind some other crappy car around the side of his house

 

yes, some only appear at night and some during the day - came across Ivan last night and I was sure I'd killed him first time around

 

If you've unlocked the middle island, then you can go into the performance car dealership (ferrari / lambo types), get in a car, and drive it out by smashing it through the window

 

Bernie will give you an Infernus for free (part Murcialago, part Zonda) if you do his missions.

 

Really hate how the car/bike models all appear/spawn at once. You can spend hours looking for a decent car/bike, then when you find one they're suddenly everywhere!!
Surely it can't be that hard to have a mix of cars driving round all the time...

You should have a few guns by now if it's the mission i'm thinking of, if not havent you unlocked any gunsmiths?

 

I've always found thats the case with all GTA games, find it's worst with the Patriot as soon as you get one of them there's bloody millions of em everywhere, love the patriot though you just drive over everyone and everything.

 

It does stay there if its in the spot and you save the game

When do you unlock the last island then because im on about 39% and still dont have it yet, Is it the Packie Mcreary missions that unlock it ?

I did find it funny when I was trying the 5 roll over achievement with the police car at the airport and it landed on its roof and it squished the light bar and siren and rolled onto its wheels with a very flat roof and the siren sounding very like the flat battery nokia ringtone

If its the one where you are going after Faustins Daughters boyfriend, and his gang turns up, you have definitely got access to the gun place - It gets opened by Dmitri on one of the first Faustin missions

 

oh well i will just quickly stop, nick a car and run them all down if not, see if that works

 

As i've said before just nick a parked up cop car and you get a shotgun !!! Do It

There are numerous guns lying around on all the islands in back alleys, on roofs etc, if you want to find them check this map clicking Items on the right hand side, if you want to find them yourself then don't click

tried with a huntly sport (big range rover thing)
police car
bagagge cart (i was getting chased lol)
some old banger with sloppy suspension
the cars parked inside the airport
the beemer m3 type by the control tower


i must be hitting the ramp wrong or something

 

have you not tried it in one of those people carrier taxi things??

 

I did it in one of the sporty thingys can't remember which (dial 227 555 0168 to spawn it), just hit the yellow board in the middle of the grass at full pelt, preferably with 2 wheels so you barrell roll.

 

I can't do the bowling or roll my car five times!
I'm also up to 20.9% now (and in the second safe house) but i've not unlocked any new island (the top one doesn't count does it? ).

 

Read the bowling tips some posts above, also as above the 15% is purely excluding any other activities other than main story missions, they are also posted above so you can kinda guess where abouts you are. hope this helps

Edited to say, you may be right, the small top island could be the first unlock at around 14-15, however, i'm pretty sure ALL islands unlocked pretty quickly once things got going
