Thanks for the FB and text heads up Trev and Micky on leave this week so staying away from computers
Feedback from Dave is that ORC can't ship abroad but they have advised I speak to a European company that does hold some of their parts in the Czech Republic;

Just dropped them a mail in English...if no joy then I think I have a couple of people who hail from the Czech Republic...so fingers crossed

oh yeah...this old thing
So no joy with the ORC parts; despite them being in the latest catalogue they stopped making them in 2006 So will have to fab them.
Drawing a line in the sand here now though; this WILL be running for Si's memorial thrash. That is a promise to an absent friend.

sorry, Well bit the bullet and addressed mapping, something I've been avoiding too in all honesty, after all the help Si gave. Big void created
Tracktive were very helpful, mailed Richard and I think we will be trailoring the wagon up there for a running in map rather than trying a generic map that can be mailed.
Clutch bracket is 70% done, should have a final version by the end of next week with a view to getting it fabricated if I'm unhappy with my efforts.
Short listed replacment daily to one of the following too...
Cayman S
E92 M3
E46 M3 CS
Z4M coupe
choice eh

Local Bimmer dealers are pulling a manual and DCT E92s in for me to test drive, so there is another choice! has to be manual for the others though.
